Robust Action: Advancing a Distinctive Approach to Grand Challenges

چکیده

Abstract Although management scholars have embraced grand challenges research, in many cases, been treated as merely a context for exploring extant theoretical perspectives. By comparison, our approach – robust action provides novel framework tackling challenges. In this invited article, we revisit 2015 model, clarifying and elaborating its key elements taking stock of subsequent developments. We then identify three promising directions future research: scaffolding, imaginaries, distributed actorhood. Ultimately, core message is remarkably simple: strategies participatory architecture, multivocal inscription experimentation jointly provide means that well matched to their complexities, uncertainties, evaluativities. The function and eventual fate of immune cells is largely determined by factors controlling their movement through distinct parts of our body. And the molecular basis for this control is provided for by chemoattractants and cell adhesion molecules. This importance of immune cell traffic in immunity has not always been fully appreciated. In fact, cellular immunology has traditionally concentrate...

A Robust Desirability-based Approach to Optimizing Multiple Correlated Responses

There are many real problems in which multiple responses should be optimized simultaneously by setting of process variables. One of the common approaches for optimization of multi-response problems is desirability function. In most real cases, there is a correlation structure between responses so ignoring the correlation may lead to mistake results. Hence, in this paper a robust approach based ...
